Besides our facility in Barneveld, the Netherlands, we have sales offices in Germany, Poland, Spain and England. The theme of sustainability is also reflected in our HR strategy. As an All-round HR Advisor, you will be responsible for the entire spectrum of HR activities within our company. You will act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, supporting them in all HR issues. You will work closely with the management and team leads of the various departments to ensure that our HR processes run smoothly and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Field Service Engineers

The position of service engineer at SYMACH is very diverse. One time you make the customer happy by solving a troubleshooter and the next time by commissioning a packaging or palletizing machine that you installed with a colleague. You travel all over the world and thereby come into contact with many different cultures. On average, you will be away from home for about 60% of your working hours.
You will work in our service team and will be supported from our office in Terneuzen. SYMACH offers you a challenging position with many varied activities at a competitive salary, according to age and experience. For our “Projects” team, we are looking for a new colleague with commercial ambitions, who understands the basics of acquisition, has no fear of the telephone, enjoys working on new procurement opportunities and requests in an international setting. It is important that you are fluent in German, e.g. because you are native German or have lived in Germany for years.

You are the first point of contact for the various procurement leads for the DACH region. You ensure that you get a foothold within these regions with the various organisations in the process industry. The basis of your job is daily contacting prospects by telephone and e-mail to make appointments for your colleagues so that they can visit you on location and, if interesting, make an offer for a machine, line or plant. From your drive, you make sure you have a good understanding of what is going on in the market and where in our key sectors there are opportunities and possibilities for Foeth.

To complement our commercial team in Barneveld, we are looking for a new colleague with commercial ambitions, who understands the basics of acquisition, has no fear of the telephone and enjoys working on new sales opportunities in an international setting. For this role and to complement the team, it is an advantage if you are fluent in German, French or Spanish in addition to fluent Dutch and English, for example.

As a Sales Agent at Foeth in Barneveld, no two days are the same. One day, you will get visits from customers from abroad and go through their wishes and needs together in order to sell them the right machine(s). The other day, you follow up on the various requests for quotations that have come in through the various platforms on the sales channel. You do this, for example, by calling customers, using the quotation request to generate a specific order confirmation.
