Wij weten als geen ander dat elke industrie zijn eigen (unieke) mengspecificaties vereist. Het zit ‘m in de details, daarom bieden wij vaak op maat gemaakte industriële mixers aan. Wij leveren standaard mixers, maar ontwerpen ook industriële mixers op maat die voldoen aan de hoge kwaliteitsnormen van de industrie. Al meer dan 40 jaar voorzien wij onze klanten van mengoplossingen in diverse industrieën, zoals: de voedingsmiddelen-, zoetwaren-, veterinaire-, bakkerij-, verf-, metaal-, mineralen-, kunststof-, farmaceutische-, chemische- en de recyclingindustrie.

Bulk handling systemen
Bulk handling omvat meer dan alleen overslag. Met havens als Rotterdam en Amsterdam bevindt N.M. Heilig zich in het middelpunt van Europa. Hier zijn veel bedrijven gevestigd voor de overslag, transport en verwerking van droge bulk materialen en stortgoed. Verwerking vindt plaats voor bijvoorbeeld agribulk, mineralen en ertsen. Als toonaangevend bedrijf houden wij ons al vele decennia bezig met het ontwerpen en produceren van bulk handling installaties.
Recycling installaties
Recycling betekent het omzetten van afval in energie en nieuwe grondstoffen. En daar gaat het om bij bedrijven in de afvalverwerkingsindustrie. De recycling doelstellingen zijn in de afgelopen decennia steeds verder opgeschroefd en zullen ook de komende jaren ongetwijfeld stijgen. Als totaalleverancier van recycling installaties heeft N.M. Heilig verschillende technieken ontwikkeld om energie en waardevolle materialen terug te winnen uit diverse afvalstromen.
Transportsystemen
Transportsystemen zijn in vele vormen en maten. Bij N.M. Heilig passen we de transporttechniek al meer dan vier decennia lang toe bij vele industrieën. We zijn ons bewust dat iedere klant unieke toepassingen wenst waarbij de meest praktische oplossing doorgaans maatwerk betekent. De synergie tussen uw wensen in het gebruik en onze brede ontwerpmogelijkheden en ervaring waarborgen een succesvol systeem. Ongeacht of dat enkele machines of complete installaties betreft. Conische menger
De conische menger, ook wel Nauta menger, Vrieco menger of V-mixer genoemd, staat bekend om zijn uitstekende mengkwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid. Door zijn conische vorm beslaat de machine slechts een klein vloeroppervlakte, maar er zijn meer voordelen. Het mengresultaat vloeit moeiteloos en in zijn geheel via de uitloop naar buiten, waardoor er nagenoeg geen restproduct achterblijft. Daarnaast werkt dit type menger met een lage mengintensiteit, waardoor ook breuk-gevoelige materialen uitstekend gemengd kunnen worden.
Lintmenger
Voor de lintmenger, of ook wel verticale lintmixer (VLM) genoemd, past Heilig Mixers hoogwaardig RVS en een ontwerp met beperkte hoogte toe. Deze ‘mid shear’ mengers worden veelal in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie gebruikt vanwege de eenvoudige reiniging. Het aan de bovenzijde aangedreven mengblad biedt een driedimensionale mengbeweging die een uitstekende nauwkeurigheid gedurende een korte mengtijd met zich meebrengt. Zowel voor droge materialen als pasta’s. In tegenstelling tot de Conische menger beweegt de lintmenger de volledige inhoud met een intensievere mengwerking. De mengintensiteit begint bij ongeveer 15 W per kg.
Schroeftransporteur
De schroeftransporteur ontwerpen we in veel variëteiten voor toepassing in diverse menginstallaties en mengtechnieken. Het roterende spiraalvormige blad transporteert poeder of granulaat horizontaal en/of verticaal naar de mengketel. Dit type transportsysteem wordt ook wel transportschroef of doseerschroef genoemd. Binnen ons assortiment onderscheiden we een trogschroeftransporteur, een buisschroeftransporteur en een asloze schroeftransporteurs zonder schacht.
Tuimelzeef
Bij Heilig Mixers leveren we twee verschillende types zeefmachines. We bieden een trilzeef waarbij het te zeven product met een trilmotor door de machine wordt geleid. Daarnaast leveren wij ook tuimelzeven waarbij het te zeven product door de machine geleid wordt in een draaiende beweging. Het materiaal krijgt op deze manier meervoudig de kans om het zeefdek te passeren. De zuiverheid is bij deze machine zo groot dat het resultaat vergeleken kan worden met handwerk. Naast de omschreven zeefmachines hebben wij ook de mogelijkheid om een rechthoekige vibrerende zeef te leveren die wij in samenwerking met onze moedermaatschappij N.M. Heilig B.V. ontwerpen en fabriceren.
Bunkers en silo’s
Een bunker en/of silo in uw procesinstallatie levert een effectieve manier voor (tijdelijke) opslag, bijvoorbeeld tussen twee machines of diverse stadia binnen het productieproces. Daarnaast is met deze opslagmethode een gereguleerde materiaaltoevoer mogelijk van bulk goederen. Geheel volgens uw eisen ontwerpt en fabriceert Heilig Mixers een variëteit aan types zoals een losstaande unit, mobiele units of onderdeel van een configuratie.
Stalen constructies
Stalen constructies voor uw menginstallaties ontwerpt en fabriceert Heilig Mixers op maat. Platformen, opslagvloeren, bordessen en loopbruggen bijvoorbeeld. Naar wens voegen we een stalen trap en stalen leuning toe, maar ook laadopeningen of kantelhekken.
Overslag systemen
Overslag systemen voor bulkgoederen vragen om een efficiënte transportmethode met specifieke technieken. Systemen voor op- en overslag worden vervaardigd van hoge kwaliteit en robuuste materialen om slijtage tegen te gaan. Bulkgoederen vragen voor een efficiënte transportmethode om een specifieke technieken bij op- en overslag. Voor elke gedeelte van de overslaginstallatie ontwerpt en bouwt N.M. Heilig maatwerk machines.
Mobiele overslag systemen voor bulkgoederen
Mobiele overslag systemen voor bulkgoederen bieden een vergelijkbare efficiënte transportmethode als stationaire overslag systemen systemen. Een voordelig verschil is de flexibele toepassing op vele terreinen. Door de opties zoals telescopische gieken, wielstellen en rupsbanden op de machines is veelzijdige inzet haalbaar.
Systemen voor bulk opslag bij bulk handling en recycling
Systemen voor bulk opslag worden ingezet voor tijdelijke opslag van materialen en buffer-voorraadbeheer. Binnen de bulk handling en recycling industrieën is regelmatig behoefte aan oplossingen voor het gecontroleerd doseren in een productieproces of overslagproces. Door de inzet van opslag systemen is het mogelijk om productieprocessen of processen in bulk overslag efficiënt in te richten. De kwaliteit van de infrastructuur voor het transporteren van materialen kan veel kostenvoordeel opleveren. Voor deze situaties ontwerpt en bouwt N.M. Heilig maatwerk opslagsystemen, zoals: trechters, bunkers en silo's.
Zeefmachines
Een zeefmachine is leverbaar in vele vormen en maten en bieden een variëteit aan oplossingen voor het sorteren van materialen. Bij N.M. Heilig passen we al ruim vier decennia zeeftechnieken toe voor diverse industrieën. Voor het verwijderen van ongewenste materialen in materiaalstromen of het sorteren op korrelgrootte. We zijn ons bewust van de uiteenlopende eisen van onze klanten en meer dan eens blijkt de meest praktische oplossing een maatwerk oplossing te zijn. Samen met ons zusterbedrijf Bezner, eveneens onderdeel van de Heilig Groep, leveren we onze uitgebreide expertise in sorteer- en zeefinstallaties voor de bulk handling en recycling industrie.
Windzifter systemen
Windzifter systemen zorgen voor het sorteren van materialen en het scheiden van de lichtere van de zwaardere fracties. Een andere naam voor dit systeem is windshifter. Zowel binnen de processen van recycling als de bulk handling industrie worden deze systemen veelvuldig toegepast. De voordelen van het (voor-)sorteren via een luchtstroom is dat het proces geen water verbruikt en een gegarandeerd scheidingspercentage van 95-99% oplevert met een lage energieconsumptie, ook bij grote capaciteiten. Daarnaast vergt de windzifter weinig onderhoud. N.M. Heilig ontwerpt en fabriceert met regelmaat windzifters in combinatie met complete (voor)sorteerinstallaties, met name voor lichtgewicht bulkgoederen toegepast in bulk handling en recycling faciliteiten voor huishoudafval, papier, karton en plastics.
Industriële mengers voor bulk goederen
Industriële mengers met een capaciteit vanaf 6 liter tot 75.000 liter worden toegepast voor het mengen van poeders, pasta’s en aggregaten. De mengmachines worden ook wel Nauta-mixer, poedermenger of conische menger genoemd. N.M. Heilig biedt ontwerp en de productie van industriële mengers voor de volgende industrieën: voedingsindustrie, veevoerindustrie, farmaceutische industrie en chemische industrie. Samen met de industriële expertise in mixen en mengen van onze afdeling Heilig Mixing Technology leveren we totaaloplossingen.
Industriële brekers
Een breker (of breekmachine) wordt ingezet aan het begin van een verwerkingsproces om gewenste fracties te genereren. Door het verkleinen en verpulveren van het product ontstaan gebroken materialen die te verwerken zijn in uw productieproces. N.M. Heilig biedt een ruim assortiment aan brekers voor diverse sectoren, zoals: bouw- en sloopafval, zand en grind, graniet, ertsen en steenkool en bodemas.
Leescabine
Een leescabine of sorteercabine wordt vaak ingezet in een productieproces voor controle doeleinden. Al zijn tegenwoordig de technieken voor sorteren en scheiden zo ver ontwikkeld, dat manuele of visuele inspectie vaak niet meer vereist is.
Wassystemen
WASSYSTEMEN VOOR RECYCLING EN DE VERWERKING VAN BULK Voor het wassen van diverse bulk materialen binnen het recycling of bulk handling proces, ontwerpt, fabriceert en installeert de N.M. Heilig diverse maatwerk wassystemen, bijvoorbeeld was cyclonen, ontwatering machines, droogtrommels, hot washers en friction washers.
Conical mixers (V-mixers)
FOR HIGH-QUALITY MIXING AND BLENDING The conical mixer (also known as V-mixer, conical screw mixer, Nauta mixer and Vrieco Nauta mixer) is known for its outstanding, high-quality mixing and precise operation. The mixing unit takes up little floor space thanks to its conical shape. In addition you will benefit from the total and fluid outflow leaving no residue in the machine and the low shear which mixes fragile materials. The conical mixer is used in many industries for mixing, homogenizing, cooling and heating materials. Industries, such as: the food (grains), feed, chemicals (powders), plastics, and pharmaceutical industry. At Heilig Mixing Technology we manufacture and supply three models: type PL, type VD and type VD2. - Type PL has a capacity of 100 up to 75,000 litres. This model features a screw support at the bottom. - Type VD has a capacity of 10 up to 25,000 litres. This model has no bearing or support at the bottom of the cantilevered mixing screw. This makes cleaning the machine easier. It also provides you with the option to mount a bottom valve for a total outflow of mixed materials, leaving no residues. - Type VD2 has a capacity starting at 300 up to 35.000 litres. This cone blender is manufactured with two mixing screws for short blending processes. It allows lower installation heights and offers the possibility to equip the machine with a large inspection door. We offer various mixing screws for the V-mixer. Each has its own unique features: - Basic mixing screw with a full blade and constant diameter, used in many applications. - Conical mixing screw. - The ribbon, or sanitary screw, can be used for sanitary applications where the product might stick to the screw and forms a high risk. - Wear-resistant deposition welded or coated mixing screw for processing abrasive powders. Vertical ribbon mixers
FOR SHORT BATCH CYCLE TIMES The vertical ribbon mixer (also known as vertical mixer, ribbon blade mixer and ribbon blender machine) features high grades of stainless steel and has a specific design (less high). This mid shear mixer is commonly used in the food industry thanks to the fact that it is extremely easy to clean. The top-driven mixing blade offers a three-dimensional mixing movement which guarantees a high accuracy over a short mixing time with both dry substances and pastes. As opposed to the conical mixer, the ribbon activates the full content creating a more intensive mixing process. Mixing intensity starts at about 15W per kg. The ribbon screw allows for a short mixing time because of the intensive mixing process. In most cases a few minutes is sufficient. Materials that can be mixed in this particular blender are among others: powders, liquids, pastes and doughs. The conical bottom provides an excellent discharge of the mixed materials, and the extra-large inspection hatch makes the vertical ribbon mixer easy accessible thus easy to clean. We can also supply a cost-efficient ribbon mixer designed with a flat bottom. Silo mixers
FOR HOMOGENIZES FREE-FLOWING PRODUCTS At Heilig Mixing Technology we often engineer customized solutions. We can design a silo mixer (also known as batch mixer, feed mixer, blending silo and mixing silo) according to your specific requirements. Depending on the product certain mixing specifications apply, for example: agglomerate size, bulk density and volume. Silo mixers are designed to homogenize ‘free-flowing’ batches from 10,000 up to 150,000 litres for various industries (for example: feed, food and chemical industry). FEATURING - conical vessel to avoid product residue after discharging - diameters up to 3 meters - conveying screw in a vertical downpipe - produces mixtures without segregation - low energy consumption - low maintenance In addition to its mixing characteristics, silo mixers are also used to prevent products from segregation during storage between different steps of the production process. A silo mixer can for example store hygroscopic materials. It provides continuous motion restricting normally the materials to agglomerate. As every industry demands various standards we offer additional options to choose from, such as: top and side feeding plates, choice to load from top and/or bottom, fluidization bottom to prevent bridging and designs suitable for drying, cooling and degassing. Screw conveyors (auger conveyors)
The screw conveyor (also known as auger screw conveyor, screw feeder and auger feeder) is available in different sizes. Therefore the screw conveyor can be used in various mixing installations for different techniques. The rotating helical blade transports powder or granular materials horizontally or upwards in the vessel for optimal mixing. We distinguish the following screw conveyors: trough screw conveyors, tubular screw conveyors, and shaftless or axis free screw. Heilig Mixing Technology offers spiral screw conveyors both in open or closed systems varying in: length, diameter, single or double screw conveyor, inclination and steel alloys. Belt conveyors
FOR TRANSPORTING MATERIALS Belt conveyors can be part of the entire mixing installation to convey goods. When you implement belt conveyors into your mixing installation, the transportation of the goods to and from the mixer can be optimised guaranteeing an efficient production process. Aero mechanical conveyors
FOR (DELICATE) GRANULATES Aero mechanical conveyors are commonly used to convey granulated materials. An aero mechanical conveyor consists of a tubular design. Inside the tubes run wires with evenly mounted discs. These discs move with a linear speed creating an air stream. When the granulated materials enter the system, the stream of air fluidizes and, subsequently, transports the goods towards the outlet. These types of conveyors are ideal for conveying powders and granulates with various densities and particle sizes for various industries, such as: - seed processing (grass seeds, beet seeds) - food (salt, sugar, rice, cocoa, coffee) - feed (grains, corn) - chemicals (pigments, ceramic powders, polymers) - plastics (PVC powders) A conveyor solution with aero mechanics offers a high throughput with minimal damage to the materials and it prevents particle separation. Elevator conveyors
FOR VERTICAL MATERIAL TRANSPORT Heilig Mixing Technology offers various solutions for transporting goods from the food and pharmaceutical industry. Elevator conveyors are a perfect solution for transporting materials in a vertical direction. We often engineer, manufacture and install customised conveyors as specifications vary and depend on the actual application and material characteristics. In the food sector –for example– systems need to be cleaned according to the Clean In Place (CIP) method, or systems require a robust design that needs to be heat-resistant and explosion-proof. It is also possible to develop a closed conveyor system for optimum dust-control. Requirements such as speed and throughput capacity are of utmost importance to engineer the perfect configuration for your industry or plant. Tumbling screens
FOR ACCURATE GRADING, SCALPING OR SIZING We offer two types of grading machines. We have sieves that convey the products through a machine using vibrating motors. But we also offer tumbling screens. Tumbler screening machines also convey the product through a machine, but with a circular motion instead. Tumbler screening machines can be built in a configured installation whereas grading machines are often stand-alone units. Tumbling screens enable the materials to pass through the various screening decks. This results in a high quality purification, the result can be compared to labour-intensive manual grading. GRADING VIA TUMBLER SCREENING MACHINES Bulk goods consisting of extreme lightweight and fine particle materials (either dry or moist) can be graded and dewatered into extremely fine fractions. Depending on your specifications we can supply machines with single or multiple decks and with multiple cleaning options. The screens are available in various diameters and mesh sizes. Vibrating screens
FOR SIFTING, SIEVING AND DEAGGLOMERATING Vibrating screens are perfect for sifting, sieving and separating solids, such as: granulates and powders. On top of that, vibrating screens can also be used to separate liquids from solids. Heilig Mixing Technology offers vibrating screens (or vibrating sieves) with a maximum of four sieving decks offering five product fractions. Vibrating screens can also be used as safety sieves or control sieves to remove potential presence of foreign matter or impurities. The central vibrating motor is equipped with adjustable counterweights making sure that the machine moves both vertically and horizontally. The movements can be adjusted according to your wishes. Rotary screens
FOR SIFTING AND SIEVING The centrifugal force of a rotary screen/sieve is perfect for the sifting, sieving and separating of granulates and powders. When the granulates or powders enter the sieving compartment, the variable, rotational forces and sieve (deck) trays split the smaller fractions from the larger ones. The residual materials and contaminants are conveyed through the system and disposed elsewhere. Heilig Mixing Technology can design, engineer and manufacture a centrifugal sieve for various capacities and in various dimensions depending on your requirements. We offer single units, but we can also supply the unit as part of a complete installation. Rotary screens are often used in industries, such as the food, feed, paint, metals, minerals, plastics, pharmaceutical and the chemical industry. Bunkers and silos
FOR STORAGE AND FEEDING In many cases it is necessary to include a bunker or silo in the production process. Sometimes for temporary storage, as a buffer between various processes and machines or to align the dosing of the bulk goods. CUSTOMIZED BUNKERS AND SILOS Heilig Mixing Technology can engineer, design and manufacture bunkers and silos according to your specific requirements. We create stand-alone units, mobile units or fixed units as part of a complete installation. Bunkers and silos are often used as feeding units. In that case we can combine the design with one of our conveyor systems tailored to your needs. Depending on the kind of bulk goods we select the alloy steel grade. As example, for abrasive or heavy duty applications bunkers need to be supplied with an abrasion-resistant coating. FOR OVERHAULING AND UPGRADING In addition to mixing units and fully integrated systems, Heilig Mixing Technology also supplies spare parts and components for a wide range of industrial mixers (regardless the brand). We supply from stock. We offer technical support too, up to 24/7 emergency service. We can support you with overhauling, optimisation of your production process and upgrading your installation (regardless the brand).
