Tril - controlzeef KTS-VS2

Deze zeefmachine is bijzonder geschikt voor controle- en veiligheidszeven, bijvoorbeeld vóór verpakkingsinstallaties of vrachtwagenbelading met hoge debieten tot 200 m³/h. De zeefmachine kan worden gebruikt voor alle soorten droge en natte producten en is ontworpen voor de hoogste kwaliteitseisen in de farmaceutische- en voedingssector. New pneumatic lifting device

Tumbler Screening Machine KTS 1000 with Multi-Deck-Lifting System

The current version of the pneumatic deck lifting system installed in tumbler screening machines, allows screen inserts to be changed one at a time. When used with multi-deck screening machines each deck has to be raised and changed separately. This is time and labour intensive, depending on the number of screen inserts to be changed. In order minimise downtime, GKM Siebtechnik has developed a new pneumatic multi-deck lifting system allowing multiple deck lifting and exchange in a single operation. By means of the pneumatic cylinders, all screening decks can be lifted simultaneously. All screen inserts can be inspected, cleaned or changed at once. This new lifting system allows between two and four decks to be the exchanged and inspected after which the complete screening decks are lowered precisely back to their correct location. This innovative pneumatic multi-deck lifting system can be installed or retrofitted on tumbler or vibrating screening machines with diameters of between 600 (one to three deck units) to 1200mm (from one to four deck units). Where access is limited, the system is particularly advantageous because only single-side access to the machine is necessary. When together used with the GKM quick-clamp system, time-consuming loosening and tightening of the nuts on the ten to twelve clamping screws, is eliminated as is the use of tools. In addition, the system guarantees a uniform deck clamping force. This latest pneumatic multi-deck lifting system has already been successfully implemented by well-known manufacturers in the chemical industry.

Deze zeefmachine is bijzonder geschikt voor het controlezeven, fractioneren en ontstoffen van hoogwaardige producten.

Drukvaste controle zeefmachine KTS-VP2

Deze controlezeefmachine is ontworpen in overeenstemming met de Richtlijn Drukapparatuur 2014/68/EU en is bestand tegen drukverschillen (van –0,5 tot 2,0 bar pneumatisch transport). De zeefmachine is geschikt voor verschillende soorten pneumatisch transport (vacuüm en druk), zoals bij het lossen van vrachtwagens in silo‘s. Dit garandeert een optimale productkwaliteit en voorkomt productiestilstand en hoge afkeurpercentages.

Deze versie van de GKM trilzeefmachine KTS-V2/VS2 is speciaal ontwikkeld voor het gecontroleerd zeven van grondstoffen en poeders met handmatige lediging van de zakken. Door de perfect afgestelde invoerhoogte en het scharnierende deksel zijn zowel de productkwaliteit als de bescherming van de operator optimaal.
