Exhibitor Platform - My Easyfairs
My Easyfairs is the central platform for preparing for your trade fair participation. Here, you can manage all the information about your organisation and make the most of the available marketing and lead generation tools.
Through the portal, you can, amongst other things:
- complete your company profile;
- upload your logo and corporate identity materials;
- present your products and services;
- publish news items;
- share job vacancies;
- highlight innovations or new products.
How it works
Once your exhibition participation has been confirmed, you will receive your login details for My Easyfairs by email.
Your company profile will be visible on the exhibition website, allowing visitors to familiarise themselves with your organisation in advance. A fully completed profile increases your online visibility and helps potential visitors to discover your organisation, products and services in advance.
Tip:
A comprehensive and up-to-date company profile broadens your reach and ensures that interested visitors can get to know your organisation even before the trade fair. This helps you to be better prepared and makes for more valuable contacts during the event.
Promote your participation in the trade fair
A successful trade fair appearance begins well before the event itself. By actively promoting your participation, you can increase your organisation’s visibility and attract more relevant visitors to your stand. We can support you in this with a range of promotional materials.
Personal registration link
You will receive a personalised registration link via the exhibitor platform, My Easyfairs. You can easily share this via email, your website, newsletters and social media, so that your contacts can register for the event quickly and easily.
Promotional material
On My Easyfairs, you’ll find a range of banners and other promotional materials that you can use in your communications. By combining these with your personal registration link, you can increase the visibility of your participation and encourage visitors to register.
Invite your business contacts
Would you like to invite your customers and business contacts personally, but are short of time? Then make use of our free invitation service. Simply upload your contact list via My Easyfairs, and we will send out an invitation on behalf of your organisation. You can then track your guests’ registrations via the same platform.
Collect valuable leads
During the trade fair, you can make use of smart tools to collect visitor data efficiently and simplify the follow-up process.
Smart Badge
As an exhibitor, you will receive one or more Smart Badge Readers for your stand. Visitors can scan their Smart Badge at these readers to show their interest in your organisation.
Visitors will automatically receive the information from your company profile. At the same time, you will gain insight into the visitors who have scanned their badges, enabling you to easily follow up on these valuable leads.
Visit Connect
With Visit Connect, you can scan the QR code on the visitor badge using your smartphone or tablet. During the meeting, you can add further information or notes. Once the trade fair has ended, all the contact details you have collected are clearly organised and easy to export for further follow-up.
