This extended center distance gearbox is specifically intended for customers, who need to have the motor and the application on the same side: the result is a very flexible and easy to install unit, particularly suitable for a wide range of applications such as screw conveyors, mixers and winch/drum lifting drives. The design of this range of gear units is based on one body piece casting giving increased rigidity. This allows the application of high loads without risk of deformation which might negatively affect technical performances.

Compared to other conveying methods, pneumatic conveying offers several significant advantages: • Because the conveying system is completely closed, dust formation on the work floor is minimized. • Due to the minimal number of moving parts, maintenance costs are very low. • The conveying route can be designed to be very complex, using existing pipe bridges with complex bends. • Product degradation can be minimized. • By using diverter valves in the conveying line, multiple reception points can be selected. • Due to the compact design, existing conveying systems can be replaced with pneumatic conveying systems.

Choosing a good quality elevator belt is crucial when it comes to preventing costly downtime and optimum production results. Our own developed Polysur® elevator belts, reinforced with specially woven polyester/polyamide plies (EP) or steel fabric reinforcements, are specially manufactured for use in elevators and can be supplied with bolt holes for elevator buckets. Our extensive product range with supplementary components offers a high-quality package that prevents wear and keeps maintenance to a minimum.

Mittels aufgesprühtes Polyurethan werden unterschiedlichste Anlagen(teile) von einer sehr abriebfesten und dauerhafte Beschichtung vorsehen. Dies um Abriebsprozesse zu vermeiden oder entgegen zu wirken, um das Entstehen von Anbackungen zu reduzieren, um die Anlagen besser reinigen zu können, oder als Lärmschutz bei aufprallende Produkten.
Polyurethane coating - mixing stirrer
Operating description: The application of a polyurethane coating. The polyurethane in question goes by the name of Kobaflex V80. Kobaflex V80 is a polyurethane which belongs to the group of elastomers. This means that the material retains its flexibility and is able to withstand abrasion caused by friction. It also possesses a high degree of elasticity. Kobaflex V80 exhibits a hardness of 80° Shore A. General: Kobaflex is applied by means of a spray application which ensures a smooth and even coating. The parts must first be sandblasted (sandblasting standard: SA 2½, Coarseness: Rz > 60μm, Ra > 10μm) after which a special primer is applied. The primer helps prevent corrosion and remains stable up to 65°C in wet conditions and up to 80°C in dry conditions.

The B050A roller press is designed specifically for research and development for briquetting or compacting process. It can also serve as a production unit, when required capacity of the machine is small. Material of construction for parts in contact with processed material are corrosion resistant (Nitronic 30, 304 stainless steel).
