SERVICE TECHNICIAN
JE FUNCTIE: Als service technieker is het reviseren en herstellen van blowers, compressoren en ventilatoren in ons atelier in Kortenberg jouw hoofdtaak Je demonteert de machines Je reinigt de verschillende componenten Je voert metingen en controles uit Je gaat na vanwaar de schade komt en doet voorstellen om dit in de toekomst te voorkomen Je bepaalt de te reviseren stukken Je monteert de machines en stelt de nieuwe of herstelde onderdelen correct af Je vult de nodige rapporten en documenten in om de werken administratief te ondersteunen JE PROFIEL: Je hebt een passie voor techniek Je hebt een echte hands on mentaliteit Je hebt genoten van een technische opleiding, bij voorkeur mechanica, of hebt gelijkaardig kennis opgebouwd door ervaring Je werkt bij voorkeur reeds 5 jaar AERZEN BIEDT: Een voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur, met verloning volgens PC 149.04 Maaltijdcheques, ecocheques, fietsleasing, groepsverzekering, hospitalisatieverzekering en CAO 90 bonus
INTERNAL SALES ADVISOR
As an Inside Sales Advisor, you not only process standard requests into quotations but also create custom quotes, designing a technical proposal manually or via software. Does the customer have questions regarding their quotation? You provide the necessary technical and commercial information by phone, email, or Teams. You link the necessary technical and commercial implications to incoming orders so that the relevant departments can get started: from production to invoicing. You form an important link between the customer, supplier, colleagues, and the sales and after-sales departments. Even after the project is completed, you share your technical expertise with the customer and answer any questions.
