About us

P. Boonen & Co. NV is since more than 30 years manufacturer and supplier of rubber, hoses, floor coverings and technical accessories.

We become a leading company for flat seals and connectors in rubber. Thanks to our large stock of sheet rubber and our CNC controlled cutting tables, we can produce custom-made products very quickly.

For our hoses, couplings and compensators we are always looking for the best solution because every question can be specific.

We do not offer you a thick catalog with standard articles, but customer-oriented sustainable solutions.

Breakaway Couplings

Dry-break

Dry disconnect & Breakaway When you have to perform the transfer of liquid bulk in the safest possible way we can propose you a range of dry disconnect and break-away couplings. The dry-disconnect couplings are composed of 2 parts: a hose unit and a tank unit. Additionally we can supply the required caps and plugs. Designed for safe and easy use with minimum operator intervention, the installation of dry-disconnect couplings can transform your operation by offering the following benefits - Reduces spillages to virtually zero. - Dramatically improves both operational and fugitive emission performance. - Reduces the possibility of human error in transfer operations. - Improves efficiency. - Dry-disconnect couplings offer an unbeatable combination of technical, safety and performance features. Sizes from 1” up to 6” Materials: aluminium, brass, stainless steel and materials on demand. Seals: large choice depending on the application.

Hoses in rubber and plastic These hoses are broadly usable, for liquids and gasses. Typically used for utilities like: air, steam, water, nitrogen, etc. Diameter: ¼” – 8” Length: maximum 60 meter (120 feet) Pressure: maximum 40 bar (580 PSI)
