About us
Gericke BV belongs to the Swiss Gericke AG group of companies. For over 130 years involved in the design, manufacture, erection and commissioning of powder processing equipment and turn-key systems. Strategic business groups comprise dosing- and weighing systems, dense phase pneumatic conveying, mixing installations and size control equipment thereby focussing on tailor-made processing systems meeting client specific demands and specifications. Group companies in the Benelux, Switzerland, Germany, United Kingdom, France, USA, Brazil, Singapore and China employ approx. 300 people.

Pneumatic Pressure Conveying
Conveying of powders, flakes, granules, pellets and other bulk materials. Benefit from the experience of the industry leader, with solutions for both dense and dilute phase pneumatic conveying! One of the most important requirements for many pneumatic conveying system is a smooth, gentle transfer of the product, which minimises wastage and reduces costs, and so increases competitiveness.

Vacuum Conveying
A compact and cost friendly solution Gericke’s range of pre-engineered packaged vacuum conveying solutions have been designed to assist in unloading and refilling processes, driven by a venturi ejector or an electric vacuum pump. Dense phase systems can also be realized using high performance vacuum conveying systems. Over short distances, a dense phase conveying mode can be applied.

Gravimetric Feeders
Loss-in-Weight Feeders Whether feeding into a continuous mixer, a rotary kiln or any other process, accurate metering of bulk solids is key to process control and ensures highest product quality standards.

Volumetric Feeders
High-precision volumetric dosing Accurate and reliable feeding of bulk materials is at the heart of many processes. Gericke volumetric feeders combine a precise volumetric material flow and a high degree of flexibility. Often, they are the most economic choice for applications which do not require the exceptional accuracy of loss-in-weight feeders.

Batch Mixer GMS
The Gericke GMS Multiflux® mixer is a horizontally designed dual-shaft mixer with optimum product flow in the fluidised bed zone. Low energy input resulting in gentle blending of sensitive products with maximum blending homogeneity. In the Version GMS C The mixing tools are cantile-vered. Thanks to this feature, the front of the mixer can be opened up completely for cleaning purposes. The Gericke GMS C mixers is the only twin rotor mixer available on the market with this feature. In the case of the GMS ECD version (Extractable Cantilevered Drive) the whole drive unit, including mixing rotors, can be extracted from the body. Large side doors for cleaning also facilitate cleaning of the inside of the body. Series for batch sizes of 80 - 4000 litres.

Continuous Mixer GCM
Continuous mixing of powders, granules and liquids The continuous GCM mixer is suitable for mixing a wide range of powders, flakes and granulates and viscous products, also in combination with spraying of liquids. The GCM family covers a wide range of capacities (1 – 100,000 kg/h) and is used in the plastics, chemical, pharma and construction chemical industries amongst others. For the food industries, special models have been developed which enable short cleaning times. The continuous gravimetric supply of the starting materials into the GCM mixers is realised using loss in weight feeders, another Gericke field of expertise.

Centrifugal Sifter
Centrifugal sifter solutions for bulk solids and powder The Gericke centrifugal sifter is a rotary sieving machine designed to separate particles of different sizes into two product streams and to remove tramp and oversize materials. Gericke rotary sifters are specifically designed to meet the increasing demands of modern applications and processes. The machine range, sizes, features and configurations can be optimised for a wide variety of sifting applications.

Size Reductors
Gericke Nibblers and Cone Mills provide the ideal alternative. A cost effective highly efficient solution for coarse and fine size reduction and also the de-agglomeration of lumps. The well proven Nibbler principle is based upon a cutting, grating and breaking action, as opposed to grinding. The Gericke Cone Mill principle is based upon high speed impact in addition to attrition milling. The normal issues associated with size reduction such as temperature rise, noise and dust generation are minimised.

Rotary Valves
Rota Val, a member of the Gericke Group, offers an extensive product range including standard rotary valves as well as hygienic valves, suitable for food and pharmaceutical industries. Rota Val manufactures also valves for bulk road tanker discharging and valves with very large entry section 600 x 800 mm.

High Precision Feeder FEEDOS® S
The Gericke FEEDOS® S series is the newest member of Gericke’s volumetric feeder family. It combines high-accuracy volumetric feeding with a modular and compact design that allows for quick disassembly and easy cleaning. Its optimised geometry guarantees stable and reliable product flow - even for bulk materials which are difficult to handle, such as cohesive or easily fluidisable powders.

Weigh Belt Feeders
Belt weigh feeders from Gericke are designed to suit the requirements from the chemical and food industry. They are compact and can be placed in areas with low headroom availability.

Gericke BBU Big-Bag Unloader
FIBC Handling: Modular, flexible and dust-tight by design The GERICKE BBU Big Bag Unloader® consists of standardised components, which can be combined to form application-specific solutions for FIBC. This not only enables us to build units exactly for your current needs, but also enables adjustment or modification of the unit later, if your requirements change.
Gericke/Indus Big Bag Pallet Unloader
Gericke have engineered and designed a Big-Bag Pallet Unloader in collaboration with Indus, for the Neva pallet to ensure optimal unloading of all powders (including poor flowing materials) in your factory. The Gericke/Indus Big-Bag Pallet Unloader offers a highly efficient method to reliably store, transport and discharge products from big-bags. The innovative unique design, which is a combination of a vibrating motor, pneumatic under massagers and stretch system, enables the big-bag to be fully emptied for minimal wastage & within a short turnaround time.
