About us
Logicontrol has been supplying components and systems for dynamic and static weighing of bulk goods and liquids since 1969. Weighing tanks, large stock silos, hoppers and mixers with a range from a few kilograms to 500 tons. Belt weighing, both for small supply belts and very long, large capacity belts, dosing systems on screw or conveyor belts are also part of our speciality. For agriculture, bulk and food industry.
We supply accurate load cells for this purpose, which, combined with specially designed mounting parts, offer a solution to the classical problems that arise when preparing, installing and ultimately ensuring that a process weighing system functions properly and safely.
By providing the right advice regarding the appropriate load cells and accessories in function of the application, we often offer cost-effective solutions and sometimes unexpectedly high accuracies.

Load cells
Probably the largest range of load cells in the market: 110 models, of which we carry the most common ones in large numbers in stock. Measuring range from 0,3 to 280 tons! Brands: Revere Transducers, Tedea Huntleigh, Vishay, Sensortronics, Celtron en Bofors. In our stock you can easily find replacements for load cells of “exotic” origin. Some of our Loadcells are 100% exchangeable with load cells from other manufacturers.

Well thought-out mounting pieces that are specially tailored to our load cells. Thanks to these components we achieve our objectives for process weighing : error-free installation - maximum system accuracy - absolute safety - long-term precision maintenance, without maintenance - calibration without weights.
Weighing electronics
From low cost converters & indicators to sophisticated equipment for both static (silos & tanks) and dynamic weighing (conveyor belt & screw conveyors). With printer outputs, analog outputs, ethernet, profibus and modbus outputs… New: Atex options for dust and gas zones. Indicators in stainless steel.
Tank and silo weighing
Error-free installation - maximum system accuracy - absolute safety - long-term precision maintenance, without maintenance - calibration without weights. Those are our targets for silo weighing and tank weighing. We have developed simple solutions to the classic problems that arise when designing, assembling, commissioning and ultimately ensuring accurate and trouble-free functioning of a weighing system. Conveyor belt weighhing
Belt weighers for existing installations as well as new projects. We have about 7 different models in our program, including high-quality versions. The choice of the type of weighing frame mainly depends on the applicatiopn, such as the desired accuracy or conveyorcapacity. Weighing frames are available in coated steel, stainless steel or galvanized versions. Can be used for building materials, chemical products, agriculture and food.
Screw weighing
We supply both the separate components for screw weighing and the installation complete with screw conveyor included. Many environmental factors and properties of the screw itself will influence the achieved result if you want to work with an existing screw. Prior advice is crucial in this regard. Versions for potentially explosive atmospheres: zone dust.
Scales for production
Logicontrol developped a range of scales destinated especially for industrial production. Very low models, special robust construction for heavy usage conditions. Customized versions, coated or stainless steel. Take a look at the website !
