Rice Lake Weighing Systems Europe BV is, among other things, a specialist in the field of dynamic weighing in the Bulk industry. With more than 30 years of experience in applying various weighing solutions. Rice Lake enables the customer and user to control the production process in real time, ensuring optimal production. The experienced Rice Lake service team is available for commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting. Master Screw Weighing Systems
Create in-line measurement without disturbing product flow with a screw weigh system, which includes a weigh frame, load cell , junction box, speed pickup and screw conveyor. By providing a screw conveyor with a weigh system, bulk material flow is easily measured. The screw conveyor is mounted at the inlet in a set of special pivots and connected to a loadcell near the outlet and provided with a speed encoder. Two flexible connections take care of a dust tight inlet and outlet. This screw weigher is available for ATEX categories II2D and II3D (zone 21 and 22)
Master Belt Scale Systems
Rice Lake Weighing Systems’ Master belt scales are ideal for quickly moving and weighing bulk material. High-quality weigh frames and components ensure systems are operating efficiently and providing an accurate weight output. Keep your production moving with Rice Lake’s wide selection of durable, in-motion belt scale systems. For the different applications we have in total nine belt scales models. From 50 kg/hour up to 10.000 ton/hour. From food applications up to steel plants.
Master Weigh Belt Feeder
Control the flow of product with weigh belt feeders to ensure accurate and consistent weight output. Weigh belt feeders are ideal for a wide variety of industries including food, mining, bulk material blending, and process control. Rice Lake has a wide range a weigh belts and weigh belt feeders. Our range includes standard weigh belts (pictured), which come in painted steel or stainless steel versions especially designed for the food industry. Rice Lake also offers custom solutions based on your application requirements.
Silo Weighing Systems
Rice Lake offers silo or tank weighing in a variety of capacities. By placing a silo, tank or bunker on load cells, the content weight can be determined in kilograms or tons with a very high accuracy (from ± 0,1%). A silo, tank or bunker weigh system normally consists of three or four load cells with a mount, junction box and indicator. The mount ensures the correct amount of force is applied to create a stabilized and non-tilting system.
Bulkslide flowmeter
The Bulkslide flowmeter is measuring the flow of all kinds of solids, like cement, chemicals, food. The product must be free-flowing and none sticky. Easy to calibrate! Accuracy +/- 0,25% - 0,5%. Available in painted steel and stainless steel> High temperature execution up to 160 degrees Celsius.
Master WE503D - Dynamic Weighing Systems Indicator
The WE503D is a multifunctional weight processor that can be used with a variety of dynamic weighing systems in most applications. It has two totalizers and provides a readout of the actual flow rate in kilograms per hour or tons per hour, or the total weight in kilograms or tons. In addition to the basic functions of dynamic weighers, the WE503D also has Batch functionality and a PID control function, which can be used to control the capacity in function of a setpoint.
