We are an engineering and construction company that manufactures structures, transport and, bulk systems

SKB BV – Engineering and custom solutions for bulk processing SKB BV designs and realizes custom technical solutions for industrial clients. We combine engineering, metal construction, and practical knowledge of production processes to build installations that meet the client's needs. For the processing and transport of bulk goods, we supply installations for filling, unloading, and dosing big bags, liners, and sacks, among other things. We also design and build conveyor belts, roller conveyors, and chain conveyor systems. Depending on the project, we handle the entire process: from technical design and construction to integration into the existing installation and on-site installation. SKB BV works for port authorities, brick factories, printing companies, and companies in the chemical and petrochemical sectors, among others. Our five activities 1. Engineering We translate the client's requirements and production process into a technically feasible design. In doing so, we take into account the available space, the desired material flow, and the connection to existing machinery and installations. 2. Custom structures We design and realize steel and stainless steel structures for industrial applications. Consider load-bearing structures, platforms, stairs, pipe bridges, guards, and supports for machines and transport systems. The construction is tailored to the installation and the conditions on the shop floor. 3. Transport Systems We build transport systems for the controlled movement of piece goods and bulk goods. The range includes conveyor belts, roller conveyors, and chain conveyors, among others. Systems can be tailored to the route, capacity, and connection to other parts of the production process. 4. Bulk Systems We design and realize installations for the processing of bulk goods, such as systems for filling, unloading, and dosing big bags, liners, and sacks. Solutions for the transfer of products to silos or containers are also possible. Where necessary, we combine various steps into one integrated installation. 5. OCS Systems SKB BV creates solutions within the framework of Ocean Clean Sweep (OCS), aimed at preventing granulate loss to the environment.
