Artech Ultrasoon apparatuur
By vibrating objects with ultrasonic technology, bulk solids can be prevented from sticking to the wall so that hoppers, drop tubes and silos flow through again and bridging is prevented. Also screen decks can be vibrated by ultrasonic technology, which keeps them clean.
GKM Siebtechnik
GKM Siebtechnik produces round screening machines for the bulk solids industry. The machines produced are vibrating screening machines, tumbling screening machines and control screening machines for all the industries from baby food till recycling or mineral industries.
Mixaco
Mixaco produces container mixers, warm cold mixers and bag mixers. With a container mixer, a container is used to fill and transport the material to the mixer and after mixing to the next process step. These mixers are mainly used in the plastics industry but also in the food industry. Hot/Cold mixers are mainly used in the production of PVC, where the PVC is first heated and mixed in a hot state and then cooled down again in the cold mixer. Bag mixers can be used when relatively small quantities have to be mixed. Material is mixed into a bag which is then immediately used for packaging or transporting the material.
Payper
PAYPER´s activity is focused on studying and designing custom-tailored solutions for the bagging and palletizing of bulk solids, powders or granulates, serving in particular Chemical Industry, Food Industry, Animal Feed, Construction and Mineral Industry. The company prides itself in delivering high-performance and long-lasting turnkey installations. Payper produces, FFS Tubular Film bagging lines, Big Bag filling lines, Valve bag filling lines palletizers and open mouth bagging lines
Pelletron
Pelletron produces the DeDuster. This is the most efficient granular dedusting device, which removes both dust and angel hair efficiently and thoroughly. The various DeDusters available can dust a process flow of 25 kg per hour up to 72 tons per hour. Next to the DeDuster Pelletron also produces the Pellbow wear resistant bend which prevents dust and angel hair to form
