Impactbars
ImpTek impact bars and impact beds are installed under the impact zone. They absorb the impact of the falling material. This minimizes damage and excessive wear to the belt and the structure. ImpTek impact bars prevent the conveyor belt from sagging below the impact zone and provide low friction belt guidance. The combination of ImpTek and SealTek ensures perfect sealing at the transfer point.
Belt sealing: SealTek / Spill-Ex
Loading points and transfer points of conveyor belt systems are a source of spillage and airborne dust. The disadvantages are obvious: increased wear, unplanned downtime, extra cleaning costs, loss of valuable materials and damage to health and the environment. SealTek is the perfect way to seal conveyor belt transfer points. It prevents spillage and dust emissions at discharge points, and the loss of valuable materials. SealTek reduces operational and maintenance costs.
Special spot filter for the transfer point
A combination of active and passive dust control Passive dust control measures limit the amount of air that is induced along with the material flow during loading and reduce the air velocity in the transfer point As a result, a relatively small spot filter is sufficient to reduce the air velocity further to below the critical value. In addition, the transfer point must be provided with an effective seal and the impact zone must be sufficiently supported. Sufficient length of the transfer point is important to ensure that the remaining amount of swirling dust can settle on the material stream. The material stream then leaves the transfer point free from any clouds of dust.
CenTrax belt trackers
CenTrax corrects conveyor mistracking, a common problem in conveyor systems. Mistracking causes unplanned downtime and contamination, and damages the belt and its structure. With CenTrax, the belt stays on the right track – even under the most extreme conditions. Both in the load-carrying strand and in the return strand, regardless of the direction of belt travel. After installing CenTrax, your conveyor belt mistracking is guaranteed to be a thing of the past.
