Insteekfilters
For decentralized dedusting where one dust source is extracted and filtered. At overflow points and (silo) venting. EUROFILTER Plug-in filter. Compressed air cleaned with an intelligent cleaning controller. Stainless steel sealing frame or a version entirely in stainless steel is possible. Filter housings are custom made with optional integrated over/underpressure protection.
Kastfilters
The Eurofilter series box filters are mainly used for applications where dedusting with possibly several dedusting points must be done with a centrally located filter installation. The characteristic of this filter line is: - Modular assembly with filter surfaces from 10 m2 to 2600 m2. - The filter surface can be configured both in height and in width of the box filter. - If desired, a pre-separation chamber can be integrated in the filter installation, whereby a cyclone can be saved. - Very low and efficient compressed air consumption due to the ingenious filter cleaning system used. - The internal construction is suitable for food use if necessary. - Version can be manufactured in stainless steel. - All atex security equipment can be applied to the box filter. - Filter envelopes and filter elements can be used in the cabinet filter. - Extraction capacities from 1500 m3/h to more than 300,000 m3/h possible.
Filtermedium
By choosing high-quality filter materials that can be provided with different surface treatments and coatings, our filter bags achieve long service lives with optimal filtration results. Filter materials in Anti-static version come with a certificate. Our range of filter bags, filter hoses, star filters, multi-filter bags and many more types and types are manufactured using the latest computer-aided manufacturing technology, precisely fitting for all types of dedusting systems (compressed air, purge air, or mechanical cleaning systems). Surface Treatments and Coatings: - Oil and Water repellent - Siliconized - Nano coated - Acid and hydrosol protection - PTFE surface coating - ePTFE membrane - Anti-static - Flame Retardant - Hybrid filter media - BIA tested Multi filter bags are available in various designs. Transtech Industrieservice B.V. supplies filter media for every filter installation and application. If the filter specifications are unknown, we can be of service. If necessary, we will come to record the filter medium on site and then make a suitable offer, including installation if desired. In the field of air treatment for cleanrooms or production areas, etc., we are also a strong supplier. We supply bag filters, compact filters, pre- and post-filters in all filter classes.
Spotfilters
For decentralized dedusting where one or more transport equipment is extracted and filtered. For example radlers, screw conveyors and elevators
Inspectie en onderhoud van onstoffinginstallaties met eigen app.
The inspection app To carry out inspections correctly and efficiently, Transtech developed an inspection app in-house. A good inspection report is a digital checklist that guides technicians step-by-step through the entire inspection process. At each inspection point they fill in their findings, which can consist of an approval, a measured value, a photo or a piece of text. As a result, they literally cannot forget anything. Based on these inspections, a report is generated that also indicates which maintenance and repair work is required. When the required maintenance has been carried out, a new report is made which shows that the installation is in maximum good condition again. These are important reports because they provide a conclusive 'burden of proof' about the functioning of the installation and whether the relevant emission standards are being met.”
Mobiele industriële stofzuigers
In order to achieve the highest suction and filter performance, we as Transtech use high-quality components industrial vacuum cleaners from Wieland Lufttechnik. Wieland is the industry standard in terms of function and quality. Wieland supplies vacuum cleaners from 2.2 kW to 11 kW. Wieland vacuum cleaners are suitable for vacuuming dry substances and we also have vacuum cleaners for vacuuming liquids. You can also contact us for maintenance and inspection of the machines in accordance with NEN 3140. Our service technicians are trained as inspectors.
Filter Condition System Status
The FCSS is a system that easily translates and monitors the current operating conditions of the entire filter installation in relation to the emissions / residual emissions. Various sensors are linked to the intelligent FCSS controller.
