About us
We focus on industrial dedusting where we apply EUROFILTER dust filter installations. The advantage of this is that these filter installations are designed and produced in-house, which means great flexibility. We carry out our “Turn-Key” projects with our own staff.

Insteekfilters

The inspection app To carry out inspections correctly and efficiently, Transtech developed an inspection app in-house. A good inspection report is a digital checklist that guides technicians step-by-step through the entire inspection process. At each inspection point they fill in their findings, which can consist of an approval, a measured value, a photo or a piece of text. As a result, they literally cannot forget anything. Based on these inspections, a report is generated that also indicates which maintenance and repair work is required. When the required maintenance has been carried out, a new report is made which shows that the installation is in maximum good condition again. These are important reports because they provide a conclusive 'burden of proof' about the functioning of the installation and whether the relevant emission standards are being met.”

In order to achieve the highest suction and filter performance, we as Transtech use high-quality components industrial vacuum cleaners from Wieland Lufttechnik. Wieland is the industry standard in terms of function and quality. Wieland supplies vacuum cleaners from 2.2 kW to 11 kW. Wieland vacuum cleaners are suitable for vacuuming dry substances and we also have vacuum cleaners for vacuuming liquids. You can also contact us for maintenance and inspection of the machines in accordance with NEN 3140. Our service technicians are trained as inspectors.
Filter Condition System Status
The FCSS is a system that easily translates and monitors the current operating conditions of the entire filter installation in relation to the emissions / residual emissions. Various sensors are linked to the intelligent FCSS controller.
