The position of service engineer at SYMACH is very diverse. One time you make the customer happy by solving a troubleshooter and the next time by commissioning a packaging or palletizing machine that you installed with a colleague. You travel all over the world and thereby come into contact with many different cultures. On average, you will be away from home for about 60% of your working hours.

The job content consists of a combination of (internal) assembly and (external) installation. The division is approximately 60% assembly work and 40% installations and maintenance at customers. The content of the projects varies from pneumatics, shock absorption, vibration damping over robotics and electric actuators and control cabinets. You are also the back up for receiving, storing and sending goods during the leave of your colleagues.

Main responsibilities

Reporting to the Works and Maintenance Manager, your role will be to guarantee the upkeep and maintenance of equipment for customers. As such, 70% of your time will be spent working on customer sites in France, carrying out maintenance projects:

technical diagnostics, climatic, aeraulic and electrical measurements, servicing, repairs, etc.
producing technical reports;
telephone diagnostics;
preparing and organising work;
monitoring costs in relation to initial estimates.

You will also be required to carry out cabling work, mechanical assembly or air conditioning installations, etc.

Wat doe je als Monteur Mengers?
Als Monteur Mengers werk je met het team van Heilig Mixers aan de bouw en montage van nieuwe conische mengsystemen. Ook pleeg je onderhoud en los je storingen op aan bestaande installaties. Aan de hand van technische tekeningen ben jij in staat om de juiste onderdelen te bewerken en monteren om zo het eindproduct te realiseren. Moeten er onderdelen aan elkaar gelast worden of een motorblok uit elkaar gehaald worden? Dan draai jij daar je hand niet voor om! Ook is het voor jou geen enkel probleem om op locatie bij de klant een passende oplossing te bedenken.

You will be trained internally as a coater (polyurethane sprayer), so experience is not required.

Through internal training you will learn how to process polyurethane together with your colleagues. This is done using the latest equipment in the field of hot spray technology. For our “Projects” team, we are looking for a new colleague with commercial ambitions, who understands the basics of acquisition, has no fear of the telephone, enjoys working on new procurement opportunities and requests in an international setting. It is important that you are fluent in German, e.g. because you are native German or have lived in Germany for years.

You are the first point of contact for the various procurement leads for the DACH region. You ensure that you get a foothold within these regions with the various organisations in the process industry. The basis of your job is daily contacting prospects by telephone and e-mail to make appointments for your colleagues so that they can visit you on location and, if interesting, make an offer for a machine, line or plant. From your drive, you make sure you have a good understanding of what is going on in the market and where in our key sectors there are opportunities and possibilities for Foeth.

In deze functie ben je werkzaam op onze Service afdeling en adviseer je klanten over onderhoud aan bestaande installaties. Heeft de klant een installatie waar preventief onderhoud aan gedaan moet worden of de wens voor een nieuwe machine? Dan ga je in gesprek met de klant om de behoefte in kaart te brengen en adviseer je de klant waar nodig. Na het uitbrengen van een offerte en natuurlijk het akkoord van de klant ga je aan de slag met de realisatie van het project. Jouw doel? Hetgeen de klant bij ons heeft gekocht op een juiste wijze realiseren.

Als Projectmonteur werk je met een montageteam aan de bouw van nieuwe installaties (zoals recycling installaties, transportsystemen en bulk handling systemen), pleeg je onderhoud en los je storingen op aan bestaande installaties. Als Projektleiter (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für eine kundenorientierte und wirtschaftliche Abwicklung von Aufträgen. Sie sind Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und setzen deren Anforderungen im Anlagenprojekt um.

As a Sales Agent at Foeth in Barneveld, no two days are the same. One day, you will get visits from customers from abroad and go through their wishes and needs together in order to sell them the right machine(s). The other day, you follow up on the various requests for quotations that have come in through the various platforms on the sales channel. Als Technisch Engineer bij N.M. Heilig B.V. ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van projectaanvragen en het ontwerpen van onze installaties en/of machines. Hierbij kun je denken aan het verzorgen van verkooptekeningen en ontwerp- en productietekeningen in samenspraak met hoofd Engineering dan wel rechtstreeks naar de verkoop of Project Manager. Tijdens de realisatiefase geef je technische ondersteuning aan de Project Managers.

Als technisch inkoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inkoopproces van diverse goederen, zoals onderdelen voor machines, en diensten voor de realisatie van onze projecten. Dit doe je tegen de beste condities binnen de gestelde kwaliteitseisen en budget. In deze rol heb je veel contact met collega’s van projectteams die jou voorzien van de specificaties van goederen die ingekocht dienen te worden. Aan de hand van de specificaties weet jij welke leveranciers je kunt benaderen en start je met het aanvragen van offertes en begin je de onderhandelingen over de leveringsvoorwaarden.

Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met huidige leveranciers, maar gaat ook op zoek naar nieuwe samenwerkingsverbanden en houdt de ontwikkelingen in de markt nauwlettend in de gaten. Hierdoor ben je in staat om bij projecten een adviserende rol in te nemen en initieer je inkoop gerelateerde verbeteracties. Ook blijf je scherp op het beperken van de financiële en juridische risico’s.

In de functie van Tekla Engineer werk je aan diverse projecten en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen en detailleren van onderdelen van onze klant-specifieke installaties voor de bulk handling en recycling industrie. Hierbij kun je denken aan het verzorgen van 3D modellen, verkoop- en ontwerptekeningen en complete productiepakketten. De nadruk ligt op staalbouw, bordessen, trappen en hekken en frames voor de meest uiteenlopende machines. Daarnaast behoort het beheren van de model-map (Tekla) en de database met tekeningen ook tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden.

In de functie van Werkvoorbereider werk je samen met een enthousiast team van professionals aan een van onze uitdagende, internationale projecten. Als Werkvoorbereider inventariseer je in overleg met de (Senior) Project Manager wat de benodigdheden voor de uitvoering van het project zijn om vervolgens aan de slag te gaan met de organisatie.

Je koopt goederen en diensten in tegen de meest gunstige marktomstandigheden en je controleert de kwaliteit van deze goederen en diensten. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inzet van mensen en materiaal ten behoeve van het project waar je aan werkt en beoordeel je project- en productietekeningen. Ook coördineer je de rapportages van werkplek inspecties en toolboxmeetings.
