Dinnissen acquires Rotoflo™ technology for reliable silo discharge
Rotoflo™, a silo discharge system developed for reliable, controlled and vibration-free discharge across a wide range of powders, granules and bulk solids.
Dinnissen Process Technology has acquired the intellectual property and technology rights of Rotoflo™, a silo discharge system developed for reliable, controlled and vibration-free discharge across a wide range of powders, granules and bulk solids, from free-flowing materials to cohesive and difficult-flowing products. With this addition, Dinnissen strengthens its portfolio for storage, silo discharge and bulk solids handling applications.
Rotoflo™ is designed for products and processes where consistent discharge from silos is critical. The system uses a rotating discharge mechanism to actively move material towards the discharge points, helping prevent bridging, rat-holing and product build-up inside silos. A key advantage is the Multi-Flow Outlet design, which allows one silo to feed up to four independent downstream destinations.
Suitable for a wide range of bulk materials
Rotoflo™ has proven itself in demanding applications around the world and is suitable for bulk materials across a wide range of flow characteristics, from free-flowing powders and granules to cohesive, compacted and moisture-sensitive products.
Typical applications include:
-Titanium dioxide
-Activated carbon
-Hydrated lime
-Sugar
-Chocolate crumb
-Starches
-Minerals
-Pet food ingredients
-Water treatment powders
-Chemical powders and granulates
Because every application is different, each Rotoflo™ system is configured according to the product characteristics, storage requirements, and desired discharge capacity.

Dinnissen accelerates line implementation with Vertical Start-up
With Vertical Start-up, Dinnissen introduces an innovative way of working that significantly accelerates the implementation of complete production lines while making the process more reliable.

Dinnissen officially opens 2,000 m² D-Innocenter for process testing and full-line validation
Customers can use the facility to test integrated processes under near-industrial conditions before installation. This reduces technical uncertainty and limits the time required for commissioning at the customer’s site.
