A Tosa 090 turntable wrapper is easy to use, very flexible and expandable with a number of useful equipment to ensure stable pallet loads. The Tosa 090 ensures perfectly wrapped stable pallets. The film is optimally positioned for great adhesion to the pallet, the load is wrapped tightly and neatly. The foil is sealed accurately and flat at the end of the cycle, so there is no chance of foil strings. The result is a nice tightly wrapped pallet, ready to be shipped to the end customer.

The current version of the pneumatic deck lifting system installed in tumbler screening machines, allows screen inserts to be changed one at a time. When used with multi-deck screening machines each deck has to be raised and changed separately. This is time and labour intensive, depending on the number of screen inserts to be changed. In order minimise downtime, GKM Siebtechnik has developed a new pneumatic multi-deck lifting system allowing multiple deck lifting and exchange in a single operation. By means of the pneumatic cylinders, all screening decks can be lifted simultaneously. All screen inserts can be inspected, cleaned or changed at once. This new lifting system allows between two and four decks to be the exchanged and inspected after which the complete screening decks are lowered precisely back to their correct location. This innovative pneumatic multi-deck lifting system can be installed or retrofitted on tumbler or vibrating screening machines with diameters of between 600 (one to three deck units) to 1200mm (from one to four deck units). Where access is limited, the system is particularly advantageous because only single-side access to the machine is necessary. When together used with the GKM quick-clamp system, time-consuming loosening and tightening of the nuts on the ten to twelve clamping screws, is eliminated as is the use of tools. In addition, the system guarantees a uniform deck clamping force. This latest pneumatic multi-deck lifting system has already been successfully implemented by well-known manufacturers in the chemical industry.

At Heilig Mixers, we supply two very different types of grading machines. On the one hand, we offer sieves where the product to be sieved is conveyed through the machine using vibrator motors. We also supply we offer tumbler screens where the product to be sieved is conveyed through the machine in a circular motion. This increases the opportunities for the material to pass through the various screen decks. The purity is of such high quality; it could be compared with handwork. FOR ACCURATE GRADING, SCALPING OR SIZING We offer two types of grading machines. We have sieves that convey the products through a machine using vibrating motors. But we also offer tumbling screens. Tumbler screening machines also convey the product through a machine, but with a circular motion instead. Tumbler screening machines can be built in a configured installation whereas grading machines are often stand-alone units. Tumbling screens enable the materials to pass through the various screening decks. This results in a high quality purification, the result can be compared to labour-intensive manual grading. GRADING VIA TUMBLER SCREENING MACHINES Bulk goods consisting of extreme lightweight and fine particle materials (either dry or moist) can be graded and dewatered into extremely fine fractions. In an ultrasonic cleaning bath, there are built-in elements which vibrate in the liquid. This creates and implode infinitely small gas bubbles (cavitation), resulting in shock waves beating the dirt of the pieces. This can be compared with the cleaning effect of an infinite number of micro brushes. The big advantage is that cleaning is also possible in very inaccessible places. This process provides high quality cleaning and exceeds in ease of use and final result more conventional cleaning methods.

Ultrasonic sieving is a well-known technology that, by vibrations of the sieving mesh (36.000 vibrations per second), increases the capacity for existing sieving machines. The reduction of the mesh size is another advantage of ultrasonic sieving. Integration of ultrasonic sieving components in an existing cyclone machine is also possible from now on.
