      Application Ventex explosion isolation valves prevent propagation of dust explosions by blocking the shock wave and flame front. Ventex valves are passive valves meaning they will close without requiring any external energy input. The top-driven mixing blade offers a three-dimensional mixing movement which guarantees a high accuracy over a short mixing time with both dry substances and pastes. As opposed to the Conical mixer, the ribbon activates the full content rendering a more intensive mixing procedure. Mixing intensity starts at about 15 W per kg.

      FOR SHORT BATCH CYCLE TIMES The vertical ribbon mixer (also known as vertical mixer, ribbon blade mixer and ribbon blender machine) features high grades of stainless steel and has a specific design (less high). This mid shear mixer is commonly used in the food industry thanks to the fact that it is extremely easy to clean. The top-driven mixing blade offers a three-dimensional mixing movement which guarantees a high accuracy over a short mixing time with both dry substances and pastes. As opposed to the conical mixer, the ribbon activates the full content creating a more intensive mixing process. Mixing intensity starts at about 15W per kg. The ribbon screw allows for a short mixing time because of the intensive mixing process. In most cases a few minutes is sufficient. Materials that can be mixed in this particular blender are among others: powders, liquids, pastes and doughs. The conical bottom provides an excellent discharge of the mixed materials, and the extra-large inspection hatch makes the vertical ribbon mixer easy accessible thus easy to clean.
