CinchSeal has developed the Double-Sided Rotary Face Seal (DFS) as a durable sealing solution for high-temperature applications where shaft expansion occurs due to thermal expansion and contraction. This seal can accommodate axial expansion of up to 20 mm and maintains excellent sealing properties, even at higher pressures.
This makes the DFS seal an outstanding solution for homogenizers, sterilizers, reactors, hot oil and steam applications, and numerous other demanding processes involving three-dimensional shaft movement.
