We are an independent sales, service and engineering office for the most innovative industrial sealing solutions on the market. As official CinchSeal representation in the Benelux, we supply the regions leading processing companies with our unique rotary sealing system. Our new partner Enviropeel developed an innovative thermoplastic spray coating to protect bearings from contamination ingress and corrosion, increasing lifespans by up to 10 times. And as distributor of BFM Fittings, we also offer our customers the world famous snap-fix connectors for pipes, inlets and outlets which are safer, cleaner and far more efficient than hose clamp connectors.

With the distinctive snap-in, flexible connector and spigot system that eliminates the problems associated with old-style hose clamp connectors, the BFM® fitting system is a unique flexible connector design that ensures there is no product loss in your processing.
The system generally fits between two pieces of machinery, either where a stationary machine connects to a moving one, or where access to product flow is needed.It comprises two steel adaptors called spigots that are welded to your tube or equipment and a snap-fit flexible BLUEBAND™ connector that sits on the inside of the shaped portion of the two spigots, holding it securely in place.
The 100% sealed system eliminates dust and product leakage and prevents product build-up meaning better hygiene as well as easy to flush through for cleaning.

NVB Series - Heavy Duty CEMA Seal
In collaboration with Van Beek and CinchSeal, the new NVB heavy duty seal was developed for screw conveyors and mixers in the food, chemical, bulk and process industries. The NVB Seal has rotating internals with a wide elastomer sealing off the drive shaft, protecting it against wear and driving two heavy duty Rotor Cups. These sealing discs are extremely robust, wear-resistant and form a large sealing surface against the housing of stainless steel and aluminum. The housing creates an internal compression that is supported by an air purge with which the NVB Seal is adjusted to the operational pressure in the application. All NVB Seals allow up to 6 mm radial movement and up to 2° of shaft misalignment. Due to the bolt hole pattern according to the CEMA norm, standard flange bearings can be mounted directly against the NVB Seal. The NVB Seal is an ideal and proven sealing solution for transporting and processing sugar, syrup, starch, soy, inulin, sodium carbonate, aluminum trihydrate, sand-lime brick and rubber. The maintenance and wear-free working method saves costs from day one and the elimination of product leaks plus 30% less energy consumption guarantee a positive return! 7500 Series
CinchSeal 7500 Series shaft seals are designed for CEMA screw conveyors and bulk handling equipment. It is made out of anodized aluminum and ideal for handling cement and gypsum, powders and mining materials.
7800 Series
The CinchSeal 7800 Series shaft seals are made for screw conveyors and bulk handling equipment and are made out of 316 stainless steel to handle caustic wash-downs and chemicals. It has been especially designed to handle dry and slurry products in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries where stainless steel is a requirement.
9700 Series
The CinchSeal 9700 Series with its patented Split Seal Design is made out of two individual parts to allow for easy installation and disassembly, while guaranteeing maximum tightness without damaging the shaft or the seal. Thereby any contamination of the product is eliminated which safeguards product quality and fulfills both USDA and FDA standards.
