Conveyor system
RUD offers you perfectly coordinated conveyor technology for horizontal, vertical and ascending conveyors in various areas. Our conveyor systems are robust and optimally adapted to these conditions. Based on our decades of experience with conveying systems and conveying technology, such as coaling and ash removal systems and bulk material conveying of fertilizers, potash and salt, cement and other special bulk materials, all our system components always work reliably.
BULKOS - Attachment 2Win
The 2win two-link bucket fastening system was developed to ensure reliable and predictable availability of high-performance bucket elevators/conveyors. 2win supported on two chain links and thus enables the bucket forces to be gently transferred to the chain strand. Another major advantage is the fact that the 2win carrier is mounted in an endless strand. The RUD solution is extremely easy to install and therefore saves time and money during installation. The bucket spacing is also freely selectable and can be adapted to the operator's requirements at any time. The 2win system runs on both smooth and toothed sprockets and is increasingly becoming the absolute hit among RUD solutions in the field of conveyor technology.
BULKOS - Bucket attachment System65
The improved RUD bucket fastening system 65 - now with integrated wear mark for even more safety in the field of conveyor technology. This system is particularly suitable for heavy-duty operating conditions in bucket elevators / elevators / conveyor systems / chain conveyors. Robust and highly wear-resistant, System 65 optimizes your processes with simple assembly and disassembly of the buckets on the chains. Advantage: Individual parts, such as flat steel and plug-in attachments, can also be ordered separately.
RUD BULKOS - Attachment RUca
RUD bucket fastening system RUca is the new alternative for DIN bucket fastening systems in round steel chain bucket elevators. Compared to standard components, RUca offers a number of advantages for your conveyor system. Thanks to the smooth interaction with RUD chains and RUD chain locks, RUca always provides positive and non-positive connections, thus reducing chain wear and offering maximum safety against breakage.
BULKOS - Attachment SWA
The RUD bucket attachment system SWA is used as a branch link attachment for use in conveyor technology / bucket elevators / conveyors / elevators / chain conveyors in the bulk materials industry with gravity discharge such as center discharge bucket elevators and return bucket elevators.
RUD Central chain
RUD offers you the optimum central chain for your individual application. RUD central chains are ideally suited for use in high-performance bucket elevators in the field of conveyor technology. The RUD central chain/link chain is a robust traction device for vertical conveying of powdery, granular, lumpy and temperature-loaded goods. Safe transportation, even of abrasive goods, is guaranteed. RUD central chains/link chains offer optimum conveying reliability even with load fluctuations, higher product temperatures and longer individual product edge lengths.
Forky link chain
High strength and durability in use & a patented wear indicator RUD FORKY plate link chains impress with their excellent material properties: drop-forged stainless steel ensures high strength and a long service life in daily use. The unique RUD heat treatment guarantees consistent material quality and therefore high availability of the fork link chain. The link plates (single-strand and double-strand) are drop-forged to a high standard of quality, making optimum use of the grain pattern.
TECDOS PI-GAMMA
The PI-GAMMA 2-in-1 complete system is particularly suitable for horizontal / ascending and vertical applications with a fixed 180 degree deflection (with insert) or a flexible 90 to 180 degree deflection (without insert). The flexibility of the drive system ensures greater efficiency. RUD TECDOS OMEGA
Depending on the application, the OMEGA drive is attached to the load to be moved and then pulls it along the round steel chain or moves it from a different location. In contrast to chain drives, the system is completely unaffected by natural movements of the ground or the load due to thermal expansion and contraction as well as torsion - the round steel chain compensates for such deviations. Wr - Ideal drive solution for linear and rotary movements - Insensitive to dirt, sand, ice, etc. - Perfectly suited for applications under harsh conditions - Easy to install - Modular design allows drive via electric, hydraulic or pneumatic motors - Mobile and fixed drive - Wear-prone parts as case-hardened inserts - All wheels mounted in self-lubricating bronze plain bearings
