7500 Series
CinchSeal 7500 Series shaft seals are designed for CEMA screw conveyors and bulk handling equipment. It is made out of anodized aluminum and ideal for handling cement and gypsum, powders and mining materials.

7800 Series
The CinchSeal 7800 Series shaft seals are made for screw conveyors and bulk handling equipment and are made out of 316 stainless steel to handle caustic wash-downs and chemicals. It has been especially designed to handle dry and slurry products in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries where stainless steel is a requirement.

9700 Series
The CinchSeal 9700 Series with its patented Split Seal Design is made out of two individual parts to allow for easy installation and disassembly, while guaranteeing maximum tightness without damaging the shaft or the seal. Thereby any contamination of the product is eliminated which safeguards product quality and fulfills both USDA and FDA standards.

Aero mechanical conveyors
FOR (DELICATE) GRANULATES Aero mechanical conveyors are commonly used to convey granulated materials. An aero mechanical conveyor consists of a tubular design. Inside the tubes run wires with evenly mounted discs. These discs move with a linear speed creating an air stream. When the granulated materials enter the system, the stream of air fluidizes and, subsequently, transports the goods towards the outlet. These types of conveyors are ideal for conveying powders and granulates with various densities and particle sizes for various industries, such as: - seed processing (grass seeds, beet seeds) - food (salt, sugar, rice, cocoa, coffee) - feed (grains, corn) - chemicals (pigments, ceramic powders, polymers) - plastics (PVC powders) A conveyor solution with aero mechanics offers a high throughput with minimal damage to the materials and it prevents particle separation. Depending on your requirements we can design and manufacture a configuration that is vertical, horizontal, inclined or a combination of the above. We start at a lengths of 3 metres up to 25 metres per unit. Contact us, and find out more.

AIR FILTERS
Air filters are filters that allow air flow to be purified of undesirable substances such as odors, dust, moisture,... Depending on the substance we want filter out of the air, we can use several types of air filters with different efficiencies: compressed air filters, HEPA filters, active carbon filter, oil mist filters .... Air can be filtered for various reasons: prevent pollution, protect people by purifiying breathing air, or filter the air intake of the installations. Whatever the application, we offer solutions for most filter problems.

Air filtration
A Clean Indoor Climate It all starts with choosing the right filters. Our filter media complies with the latest ISO 16890 standard. By considering the application and the desired filtration level, we select the most suitable filter. With our high-quality solutions, we ensure clean air that benefits both human health and the environment. In addition, employee and equipment productivity is improved, while energy consumption is minimized. Our innovative systems are used across many sectors, including the food industry, pharmaceutical industry, high-tech industry, and in air handling systems for hospitals, laboratories, workshops, and office buildings.

Air filtration: bag filters, panel filters and absolute filters
Air filters ensure that air is purified from all unwanted substances, this can range from pollen to smoke, and odors can also be filtered. At Solana you can find a range of air filter material, Filter medium on a roll (coarse or fine): Filter medium as standard on a roll or cut to size on our CNC laser table, making it the perfect fit for your application. Solana distributes bag filters for HVAC and industrial dedusting. These bag filters have been tested in independent laboratories to standard EN779: 2012 and ISO16890. Made in Polyester with coarse filter medium and polypropylene fibers for fine filter medium. Supplied in a plastic or galva frame. Solana distributes panel filters for HVAC and industrial dedusting. These panel filters have been tested in independent laboratories to standard EN779: 2012 and ISO16890. Made in synthetic fabrics such as polyester (with an anti-batiriel effect), in micro glass fibers or glass fiber with operating temperatures up to 300 ° C. Also available with activated carbon and therefore has a slightly deodorizing effect. Supplied in a water resistant cardboard- or galva frame. Solana distributes absolute filters, also known as hepa filters, for HVAC, food, laboratories, hospitals and clean rooms. These absolute filters are tested in independent laboratories to the standard EN 1822: 2009. Made in micro fiberglass. Supplied in an MDF, galva or extruded and anodized aluminum frame.

Air separator
In the recycling and bulk handling industry implementing an air separator to the process sorts the materials and separates the lighter from the heavier fractions. Other names for this application are air classifier, wind sifter, and wind shifter. The advantage of (pre-)sorting through an air stream is that it does not require any water and guarantees a high separation efficiency up to 95-99%. N.M. Heilig often manufactures air separators in combination with complete (pre-)sorting installations, particularly for light, airy bulk items in bulk handling and recycling facilities for household waste, paper, cardboard, and plastics.

Airsocks
Healthy ventilation and an optimal indoor climate? That’s possible with our airsocks (air distribution systems), which we manufacture in our own facility in Sneek. The airsocks are used to evenly distribute conditioned (cooled or heated) ventilation air across one or more rooms. This creates the right indoor climate without annoying noise or drafts. Nowadays, the principle of reusing conditioned air and airsocks is also interesting for heated spaces during colder seasons. Just calculate how much gas you need to warm up 10,000 cubic meters of air per hour. For a modest investment, you can install a second filter unit, which pays for itself within 1 to 2 years at current gas prices. Especially relevant in times when we all want to reduce our CO2 emissions.
