Bag on pallet system: generation 1
Palletless filling of bigbags for products like milk powder, baby milk powder, starches etc. were a hot topic a couple of years ago. Nowadays palletless filling became a standard integration into our filling lines for food processing industries. Filling bigbags without pallet inside the clean room means that the bigbag must be positioned on a pallet in the basic care zone. Delaere engineered a first version this Bag on Pallet system. Here the filled bigbag is gripped by gripping arms and the pallet is then moved under the hanging filled bigbag. However this means that the rollers in that specific roller conveyer are once in contact with the bigbag and the other time with the pallet (cross-contamination). For some applications this is not allowed, so therefore a second generation of this bag on pallet system was launched.

Delaere launched a second version of its successful Bag on Pallet system. With the first generation Bag on Pallet, the filled bigbag was gripped by gripping arms and the pallet was moved under the hanging filled bigbag. The Bag on Pallet GEN2 is picking up the filled bigbag by means of gripping arms which are integrated in an electrically driven movable frame. This movable frame is shifted towards the pallet with slipsheet and is thus avoiding cross-contamination. The Bag on Pallet GEN2 system has been successfully commissioned for a number of customers in the food industry.

Bag-in-box
This machine makes it possible to place bags fully automatically in boxes, before filling them. Subsequently, the boxes can be packed, labeled and transported. With this addition to the production process, Dinnissen can automate its customers' processes even more efficiently.

Bagging machine for powders
Tallpack International has developed an FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) bagging machine for bagging powders. Weighing and dosage take place via a screw/weigh system in combination with a screw transporter that enters the bag vertically and starts filling from the bottom. The bottom of the bag is shaken by an adjustable shaker during the filling process, so the product is firmly compacted; this improves the bag's filling capacity. By puffing out the seal before welding, one is able to get a perfectly closed FFS bag. The machine is able to fill bags with up to 50 kg of product. Tallpack International is able to offer the whole process - weighing, filling, labeling, palletisation, wrapping or stretching hooding on pallets - in turnkey format. This means customers have a single point of contact when establishing and maintaining the whole line. A single supplier means everything is quickly available and that service can be planned effectively.

Batch Mixer GMS
The Gericke GMS Multiflux® mixer is a horizontally designed dual-shaft mixer with optimum product flow in the fluidised bed zone. Low energy input resulting in gentle blending of sensitive products with maximum blending homogeneity. In the Version GMS C The mixing tools are cantile-vered. Thanks to this feature, the front of the mixer can be opened up completely for cleaning purposes. The Gericke GMS C mixers is the only twin rotor mixer available on the market with this feature. In the case of the GMS ECD version (Extractable Cantilevered Drive) the whole drive unit, including mixing rotors, can be extracted from the body. Large side doors for cleaning also facilitate cleaning of the inside of the body. Series for batch sizes of 80 - 4000 litres.
