Alpha Large Cleaner
The “ALPHA Large Cleaners” series consists of ultrasonic cleaning baths specifically designed to meet precise and difficult cleaning requirements. ALC baths are designed for cleaning large parts in the petrochemical and transportation industries. These baths are also used for surface preparation or pretreatment in many other industries.

amixon® Gyraton® mixer type GM
This large-volume mixer is a new development. It requires only low electrical connected loads. It mixes accurately, effectively and very gently. Gyraton® mixers are also particularly cost-effective because they require very little installation space. The properties of the mixing goods are irrelevant. Even moist or poorly flowing materials (time-solidifying materials) are homogenized. The function is similar to all other amixon® mixers. But the specific energy input is lower with the Gyraton® mixer. The mixer spiral rotates slowly and conveys the mixed materials upwards. It always touches only a part of the mixing chamber wall. In addition to rotation, the mixer shaft performs a circular path above the mixing chamber floor. The pivot point of the shaft lies in the plane of the gas-tight shaft seal. The entire cylinder surface is tangent to the mixing element spiral. This also applies to the bottom. Mixing takes place without dead space because the base is designed as a calotte. The lower mixing unit arm has the same curvature as the calotte shell. The mixer shaft is only supported and driven at the top. The shaft sealing is permanently hygienic and gas-tight. The unit shown here can homogenize 70 m³ of mix. This is the content of a 40-foot deep-sea container. This mixer design requires very little installation space. The mixer can optionally have one or more discharge nozzles. In the amixon® pilot plant, such a Gyraton® mixer is available for tests. The usable volume is 3 m³. From the measurement data that amixon® obtains during the mixing test, we can calculate very accurate design data for larger Gyraton® mixers.

Anode bags and cathode bags
Anode bags and cathode bags are mainly used in the metal industry. They are used for the sheathing of anode plates in electroplating baths for the reception of solid particles from gases or liquids. The anode bags are available in different materials. Permeability and chemical resistance are important parameters. The anode bags are usually made of 100% polypropylene for its resistance to acid.

Apex Screener The Apex screening machine combines Gyratory Reciprocating Motion with an ergonomic design which increases productivity while reducing overall downtime. Both maintenance and inspection of the Apex machine can be conducted by a single operator, allowing for less downtime. All screens of the Apex can be inspected in less than 10 minutes and screens can be changed 80% faster. Operator lifted components weigh no more than 18.5kgs with an individual screen panel weighing 2.25kgs.

Artech Ultrasoon apparatuur
By vibrating objects with ultrasonic technology, bulk solids can be prevented from sticking to the wall so that hoppers, drop tubes and silos flow through again and bridging is prevented. Also screen decks can be vibrated by ultrasonic technology, which keeps them clean.

Automatic gaylord/octabin erecting system
Delaere supplied a gaylord erecting system to a chemical company in the United States. Gaylords are octagonal boxes which are known in Europe as octabins. This machine is able to erect up to 50 gaylords/hour. A robot is picking up flat gaylord bodies from a stack. A gaylord body is being dropped on a “zero positioning plate” and subsequently picked up again by the robot. In a next step, the gaylord body is transferred to the gaylord erecting position where the gaylord is manipulated into its octagonal shape. From the top, a bottom sheet is inserted in the erected gaylord by means of another robot-hand installed on a gantry system. Simultaneously, a pallet is dispended to place the erected gaylord box on. Before the gaylords are picked up by an AGV, a bottle-shaped liner is automatically placed over the erected gaylord.

AxTrap 4000
Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and light mercaptans are common contaminants that must be removed from various gases such as air, CO2, natural gas, biogas and landfill-derived methane. Such Sulfur species are extremely corrosive and must be removed to meet fuel gas specifications, pipeline specifications and air quality regulations. We offer the AxTrap™ 4000 Series of dry, granular media scavengers to safely and effectively remove these common sulfur. AxTrap™ 4000 Series products is based on patented, proprietary mixtures of iron oxide adsorbent and/or mixed metal oxides – on an inert, inorganic carrier. The result is a particularly robust, granular adsorbent in which the metal oxide matrix provides a firmly bound active phase which is non-toxic, non-hazardous, non-pyrophoric and environmentally safe in both fresh and spent condition.

AZO®RoLog - AZO®eDos: Automated dosing of bulk solids in micro quantities
